Not always, but I find myself in a lot of 'loungey' positions at times. I'm a smallish guy (~170), and I'll often put my legs up on the seat of my chair, or something sit on a leg. Please help, Im a plus size, tall lady. Im on the hyper mobile side and enjoy sitting with one leg tucked under the other, or with my legs crossed, and tend to get uncomfortable with both feet on the floor (I know, I know its the best position for posture!) Im considering steelcase, branch, Humanscale, and Herman Miller. Ive been looking at madisonseating and seating mind to find refurbished or open box models in order to keep it under $500. So I thought the super cheap Haworth Zody I got from FB Marketplace would solve my issue, but it's broken. Now I'm almost at the end of the 30 day return period for a Steelcase Amia from BTOD that I love everything about -- EXCEPT I wish it had more lumbar support. That is the only thing missing from this chair for me. I'm considering returning it and just getting a refurbed Leap 2, since everyone seems to universally love that one, and supposedly it has better lumbar, but I just can't seem to decide. Unfortunately I don't have anyplace near me to try the Leap to even know if I'll like it. I recently bought a Steelcase Gesture chair and loved it from the minute I sat in it, but it was missing one thing for me. That was a headrest, after much googling at the chair store before buying it, I ran across this Reddit post about adding an aftermarket headrest to a Leap V2 from ~3 years ago. I decided to take a risk and try it out with the Gesture. I am pleased to report that it works great! Here are some photos of what it looks like ( https://imgur.com/a/9xmvLLL ), I will be getting better zip ties in the future to make it blend in more. I used the following: 1x Engineerednow REMASTERED H3 headrest 4x (2x per side) 14in zip ties. I cut around 10 inches off each side so instead of 2x 14in zip ties I would go with 1x 20in or even 1x 18in to make it look nicer.
