I found in FB Marketplace have very a few people selling the Steelcase Think v2 ~200USD and a lot of people who are selling the Haworth Zody Office Chair with only ~100USD. I'm on my second Leap V2 with this issue. I had the upper replaced by Crandall (and they are fantastic to work with btw), and it worked great for almost a month now, but this new core just started doing the same thing as my original and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well. If I set the backrest to the fully upright position and lean back, when I lean forward and give some 'slack' the tilt select lever moves on it's own and locks the next level down. If I lean back, then forward again, it catches and locks the next level lower. So I end up going from fully upright to level ~3-4 without touching the lever at all. I contacted Crandall and they replaced the core right away and were fantastic to deal with, but it's now less than a month and the new core is doing the exact same thing. *Sunk Mesh - I'm a dumbass. I just want to share my experience with Sihoo. I didn't have my invoice from the purchase that's on me. I dunno where I put it. In any case with a video proof and part number on piston they indeed send me a knew sitting part.now to the issue - after 5 months of sitting bout 8 hours a day on it, being only 83kg, the stretched mesh sank down by a fair margain. So much so my front legs were hanging on this rigid brace which prevented blood circulation and was really bad. My point is. It's not a bad unit, it's a design flaw this one will sink again. They did not respond to my pleas for spare mesh and manual on how to change the mesh so I can restretch it. Right now, having 2 bottom parts I can atleast DIY my way around it, trying stuff on the second one while this one is fresh. If anyone knows good 3rd party mesh material I could bu...

I tend to be skeptical of good deals because I just assume everyone is trying to rip me off, but this is seemingly a 2019 steelcase leap v2 (based on the sticker in last photo) which was claimed to be used only a short time pre Covid. He said they sat in storage during Covid and the business has now been sold so he had some chairs leftover. At $200 this seems like a great deal especially if the chair is from 2019, but curious if anyone has any insight as to how I might be getting screwed over. Hi, I'm currently looking for a chair, and I would appreciate some opinions. I'm 191 cm (6"2) but I'm not heavy (something around 80kg). I usually have long sessions (8h+ per day) since my hobbie and work are both pc related. While I was on College I bought a chair from Secret lab. Been using it for the last 7 years, but due low maintenance and pets (cats and dogs) the chair is very worn off.
