Basically says it in the title. For whatever reason, looking for an office chair is one of the most stressful purchasing decisions for me. I have no idea if anything will be comfortable for me. Everything claims to be "ergonomic" "innovative" etc., yet it is all so subjective. This is compounded because the chairs are so expensive on the higher-end stuff that's actually suitable for working in them all day long (WFH). Some people live and die on the Aeron, but then they're like really hard. I tried an Embody, but have decided to return it for a refund because, even though it's the most comfortable seat I've ever encountered the stupid constant creaking and knocking noises, particularly from the up-and-down leg extension mechanism drive me up a wall. Adding some comments here regarding my recent purchase - Quality - if you were to have told me the chair was brand new, I would have believed you. Everything is basically perfect on it. Some minor scuffs around the front, but other than that it seems to be in what I would consider like-new condition. The defects are so minor that if I got this new directly from the mfg, I would be unlikely to complain and would not send it back. Shipping - 13 or so days from order date to receipt of the product. it was prepared and arrived in less time than their projected shipping date. I think it said it would ship by the 27th, and it arrived today the 24th, shipped from them on the 22nd.
